*Note that final placement on any court roster is at the discretion of the local Administrative Judge and participation in a course that is approved does not guarantee placement on a local court roster.  Pursuant to Part 146, court-based mediation rosters require both a combination of mediation training and experience mediating.  Acceptance on court rosters depends on a court’s need for mediators at any given time and may include a court’s need for mediators with specific case-type training or experience and mediation experience.

“This training is absolutely phenomenal.  I appreciate both Sequoia’s and Adam’s style, and the two of them have a great professional partnership. This training inspired me to move on to more formal steps for my future divorce mediation work.” -Tina B.

“Sequoia and Adam are both treasures. Their training offered a wonderful balance of fine mediation technique and practical skills, including the substantive areas of the law. I so often come away from a training feeling like there was too much wasted time. Not so with this one. Every moment of each day was valuable. Consider me a new Adam and Sequoia groupie.”

“A most worthwhile training taught by experienced and knowledgeable trainers. Highly recommended!!” -William W.

“I did not think it would be this good on Zoom, but the platform was actually very smooth — easy to understand and adjust to.  Your tech people were so helpful and patient.”

“Although it is wonderful to be together in person, Zoom actually allowed for more face-to-face time. We could all see and speak to each other as we wished.  And it moved quickly.”
