All too often, the workings of organizations are stalled due to a legal and/or interpersonal conflict among organizations’ employees. These conflicts create tense relationships, disrupt productivity and can hurt an organization’s bottom line, particularly when considering the high legal costs incurred by many of these disputes.
Our mediation services help private companies, government agencies and non-profit organizations effectively mitigate and resolve conflicts in a confidential and timely manner. As the mediator, we do not take sides or impose decisions. Our role is to provide a non-adversarial but structured setting in which the parties to the conflict can work through the legal and non-legal issues at stake. We enable the parties to discuss their needs and interests, and then provide them with the information and support necessary to develop short and long-term solutions that address their priorities and concerns and help them to get back to work.
